Remote Compass

These Terms are a contract between you and Euro Top Tech GmbH. By signing in, buying credits, or using the Service, you agree to everything below.
1. What Remote Compass Does
We turn your relocation criteria into AI-assisted research, chat answers, and optional PDF summaries. The product is informational only and does not provide legal, tax, or immigration advice.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be 16+ and able to enter into contracts. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.
3. Subscriptions & Credits
Plans renew automatically through Stripe unless you cancel before renewal. Credits deduct when you run a search or continue a chat. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; outages caused by us may result in account credits at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, harass others, or submit discriminatory content.
- Bypass authentication, rate limits, or security measures.
- Use bots or scraping to copy data or outputs.
- Upload content you do not have rights to share.
5. AI Outputs & Your Content
You own your inputs. We process them only to run searches and delete them once the session ends. AI outputs may contain errors or overlap with content shown to other users, so review them carefully before acting. You are responsible for complying with all laws when you use the outputs.
6. Intellectual Property
Remote Compass, including its software and designs, belongs to Euro Top Tech GmbH or its licensors. We grant you a revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. Feedback is welcome and may be used without obligation.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement) and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create security risks. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
Swiss law governs these Terms. Before taking formal action, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days. If that fails, disputes will be handled by competent courts in Switzerland.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and is incorporated by reference.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post the new version with an updated effective date and, for material changes, provide advance notice. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
